At night, the city is so beautiful that people often like to gather in cafes or sit on the banks of the river along the roads. Saigon people are friendly and simple, and can call them by the name Saigonese- they love to explore food, take pictures, and gather their friends to many coffee shops with beautiful views. It has a lot of features that tourists would miss in Saigon. About food, Saigon is the best city in which travelers can find a lot of food from the North to South. Moreover, Saigon cuisine has been upgraded to a high level with other cuisines from Southeast Asia such as Thai, Japanese, Korean or European cuisine. People love the food in Saigon such as Stir-Fried Beef Noodles, Vietnamese Pancake, Vietnamese sandwich, sour-soup, Stewed fish. Those are traditional dishes that everyone who visits Saigon must try once.
